What we fix
Six kinds of broken, one process
Downtime & errors
White screens, 500s, database errors, memory limits, broken PHP, a site that simply won’t load.
Hacks & malware
Cleanup, backdoor removal, spam-page removal, blacklist and Google Safe Browsing review requests.
Broken updates
Plugin, theme and core update conflicts rolled back or repaired the right way.
Domain, DNS, SSL & email
Expired domains, wrong DNS, certificate errors, mail that stopped delivering.
Performance collapse
A site that suddenly takes ten seconds to load, times out, or crashes under normal traffic.
Lost access
Admin lockouts, lost hosting logins, a departed developer who held the keys.
How a rescue works
Triage → Restore → Harden → Report
Triage
Diagnose and stabilize
We find out what actually broke, stop the bleeding, and tell you in plain English what we found.
Restore
Clean it or roll it back
Malware removed, files repaired, or a clean backup restored — whichever gets you safely live fastest.
Harden
Close the door it came in through
Patches, locked-down logins, firewall rules, monitoring, backups that actually run.
Report
Write it all down
A written incident report: what happened, what we did, what to do so it never happens again.
Afterward
What you’re left with
- A written incident report. What broke, why, what we changed, and the prevention list, in a document you keep.
- A 30-day re-infection guarantee. If the same problem comes back within 30 days of a cleanup, we fix it again at no charge.
- Backups that exist. Before we leave, there is a working backup and you know where it is.
- The option to never do this again. A maintenance plan catches the next broken update before you ever see it.
FAQ
Questions people ask while their site is down
Do I need to give you my passwords?
For most repairs we need access to your hosting and your website admin. We never ask for passwords by email or in this form. Once we reply, you get a one-time secure link to share credentials, or instructions to create a temporary admin account for us that you delete afterward.
I don’t know who my host is. Can you still help?
Yes. Send the form with what you do know. We can usually identify the host and registrar from the domain itself, then tell you exactly where to log in or who to email to regain access.
Will Google remove the “this site may be hacked” warning?
Once the site is clean and hardened we submit a review through Google Search Console. Most warnings clear within a day or two of a successful review; we track it until it’s gone.
Will I lose content?
Our first job is to protect what you have. We take a full backup before touching anything. If a clean backup restore is the safest route, we tell you what, if anything, would be lost before you decide.
How long does a hack cleanup take?
Most single-site cleanups are done the same day we get access. Deep infections, multiple sites on one hosting account, or hosts that suspended the account can take longer, and we tell you as soon as we know.
What does it cost?
A flat-rate triage fee that is credited toward the repair. After triage you get a written quote for the fix before any more work happens.
What if it can’t be fixed?
It is rare, but it happens: no backups, a host that deleted the account, a site built on something abandoned. In that case you get the triage report, a straight recommendation, and a quote for the fastest rebuild. No repair fee.
Should I call, text, or use the form?
Call if the site is down right now and you want a person immediately. Text if you would rather send a screenshot or the error message. Use the form if you want to give us the full picture in one go, which usually gets you to a fix fastest. All three reach the same people, and everything we find and change afterward goes to you in writing either way.
Are you local to me?
We work with businesses across the United States, and the line is toll-free from anywhere in the country. The fix happens on your server, not in an office, so where we sit never slows anything down.
How do I stop this from happening again?
Every repair ends with a written prevention list. Most clients move onto a maintenance plan: updates, backups, security scanning and monitoring, so the next “update broke it” is caught before you ever see it.
